Our Purpose

The purpose of Zion Baptist Church is to glorify God by helping people know Jesus personally and follow Him faithfully.  We pursue this purpose by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are lost and by building up believers in the Word of God.

To help people know Jesus by our witness concerning Him and worship of Him

To help people follow Jesus in their walk through a growing understanding of His Word

To help people go serve like Jesus by doing good works out of love for God and love for our neighbors

With God’s help, we will be a church for southern Clearfield county that is bringing Glory to God by loving Him in our worship, walk, witness, and work so that our community will know that they are loved by God and by us.
